If the flowers delivered do not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with the work of the florist, courier or manager, please contact us on the same day. Complaints regarding the quality of flowers are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided that a photo of the bouquet is provided. A photo along with a description of the situation can be sent via any messenger or to our email address. Our specialists will carefully analyze the report, and if we are found to be at fault, we will consider the possibility of compensation.
We remind you that flowers are a living product and require appropriate treatment. They are sensitive to temperature changes, so they should not be left outside in heat or frost. Flowers can also quickly wither without water.
To make the bouquet last longer, place it in cool water, after trimming the stems with a sharp knife or pruners. The water should be changed daily and the cuts renewed.
